一直以为westin是北京服务最差的五星，但我错了。这家酒店硬件很好，但从门童到前台、游泳池前台、客房服务、接线生（有一位北京口音的还不错）都非常非常不职业！非常非常差！唯一值得称道的是游泳池救生员（女）。
