服务台在大堂进门右手边，十一期间客流量大，服务基本跟不上，有些忙乱。房间属于紧凑型，卫生间区域使用时显得非常拥挤。酒店配备泳池，后花园景色配着别墅区，还是可以的。酒店可以提供免费停车券。
