非常不错，去滑雪，就选这家，开车不久就能到滑雪场。各方面都好，性价比高！滑雪场附近的民宿，还是别住了。

从来没住过如此别扭的四星级酒店，酒店的设计好像是诚心跟客人过不去：房间到处都是家俱的尖角不説（有的按了防撞角，但还有很多角没按），衞生间，淋浴间都是透明的玻璃门（贴个磨砂玻璃膜很难吗？），淋浴间还正对着镜子，而且是用很笨重的推拉门隔开衞生间和卧室……还有室内外无障碍的通道……真的很无语……严重怀疑这不是专业的设计师或者设计公司的作品……严重不合格的酒店设计！

酒店给升级了套房，非常舒适，院内环境也非常好，夏季如果来避暑应该是不错的选择！下次来密云玩还会继续选择这里

来密云滑雪 在周围找个酒店 位置很好 离万象滙很近 出门方便 整体不错 房间乾净 还给提供了小童拖鞋牙刷 前台人员很热情 早餐也许 种类可以 小汉堡好吃

此次密云之行入住的瑞海姆度假村，无论从硬件设施到服务都意外的给了我们一个大大的惊喜，欧式花园的设计，温馨舒适的居住体验，特别是前台危文静，白燕两位女士为了让我们吃饭和出入方便，特意给我们升级换了房间，非常感谢，以后有机会来密云，一定还住这家酒店！

房间很好，也很乾净，最重要的是服务，不管是前台的人员，还是酒店的服务人员，没有一丝不耐烦，还最快响应问题，并第一时间给予解决。酒店旁边就是饭店，非常方便。有机会还会光顾！谢谢你们的付出，点个大大的赞！
