一共住了3晚，总体来説，还算满意！房间大小，设施，包括位置，都是优点！
提一点建议：外卖需要自取，因为我住的高楼层，要先下4楼，再从4楼转到1楼。而且很累的情况下，实在不想下楼，在我要求下，前台还是帮我把外卖送进来了。但是希望以后最起码用个机器人送餐也行啊！第二天续住时，我説要在我回来前把客房打扫了，结果回来后房间一动不动。后面也是第一时间处理了。
总的来説，服务意识和处理问题速度还算及时。所以总体是满意的

酒店前面过个商场就是地铁口，到国贸一站路
酒店房间很大，服务很好
第一天住的房间靠着高价 很吵
第二天换房后好多了
早餐很丰富

房间楼层很高，视野无敌。早上南面房间可以看到完美日出，晚上可以看车水马龙。交通很方便。服务非常非常的好，

位置十分便利，去哪儿都很方便，周边也有很多好吃的，步行都可以到达

离国贸，SKP都很近，楼下吃饭可以直接去对面商场，便捷。早餐也很丰盛。入住要双子座大厦这边，对面房间靠高架太吵了。

It is a very nice, clean and comfortable Hotel. We had a room, wich had a good (or more than good) size with a nice view over the city and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in this hotel. I‘m a bit sad, that we stayed there just one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say much about the pool or the gym. I just went upstairs to see the pool for a minute, but it seemed big enough for swimming and relaxing and also had a nice view over the city. The hotel is good located near the center and some main sights of the city.

挺好的万丽，才翻新过，设施都很新，非要挑毛病的话就是有一丢丢的味道，稍微通下气就好了。早餐非常好，班尼迪克蛋是特色，大赞一下
夜景很不错，离国贸大裤衩都近，楼下就是富力商场，吃喝玩乐都有

十分一般，虽然北京万豪系设施老旧但是服务起码要跟上，保洁大叔和一楼接待态度冷淡差劲，半夜发现全是小飞虫和前台沟通叫了维修人员查看处理方式是把灯关掉？？换了房间后发现还是很多小飞虫，虽然有些不可避免但是我不认为这是一个老牌五星万豪系该出现的错误

房间真的是越来越久了，4楼大厅灯都舍不得开了，不亮堂，这次我们一个晚上定了四间，连续住了四晚，房价从900涨到1600元，这个价格真的现在住高端新的酒店都住的下来，早餐原先不错的，现在的早餐真的没有什么吃的，我已经住富力万丽酒店快20年，去北京基本上都选择这里，原先的大厅，包括楼下一楼的外面，都充满着现代化，洋气，现在就靠怀旧情怀住着， 经济下滑，影响这么大吗？服务员也是一副根本不像酒店服务人员，没有笑脸，一副公事的态度…..没有办法
