定了个行政因为去晚了给我做了个降级服务，被安排到5楼的靠三环的房间，一晚上车流呼呼啦啦的一夜，结果5点我电话到前台，她説她很抱歉，就给我安排了15楼的行政大，我就拖着大包小包又搬了过去，一晚上没睡??第二早的早餐9点45过去，点餐区空空如也。想问问是这个品牌越做越差，还是这个品牌就是这种服务，有房不给房（捂房）！既然主打一个城景就麻烦把玻璃隔音做好！

每次来都住这里，服务很好，我们带孩子，孩子的早餐酒店也送了，很贴心，这次行政酒廊在装修，临时四楼吃的，感觉不好，位置少，饭菜少味道也不好吃，房间就是太热了，开空调也不行，热的睡不着，这次得房间给安排的是最后一间，建议酒店安排的时候，看下，有孩子的话不要给安排最后面的房间。酒店早餐还是一如既往可以的。推荐迪克蛋。好好吃。

回武汉路过北京，自驾到北京进不来二环，这个酒店停车还免费，还有行政酒廊，位置还在三环边，不错不错。早餐十种班尼迪克蛋，不错不错。还有鲜榨果蔬汁，不错不错。行政酒廊菜能吃饱。酒店门口就是理想充电站，地下停车场还有极氪充电站。

I didn't like this hotel Inconvenient rooms, bathroom flooding, water boiler not properly cleaned. Check in counter is at the 4th floor, which is inefficient. Only one attendant at the check in counter when I arrived. No seating area in the lobby on the first floor, so I had to stand there for seven minutes waiting for my didi pickup while it was snowing outside. Absolutely no reason to choose this hotel again.

参加个展会才发现这里，离双井地铁站不远。房间很大很乾净，有漂亮的浴缸。其实我更喜欢是27层健身房，宽敞明亮。可以作为北京落脚的选择。
