强烈推荐这家宝藏酒店！前台grace Nancy Zonda Brian James太热情了，办理入住高效又耐心，有问必答还主动安排了高楼层房间，房间每天都乾净整洁。酒店环境安静、床品舒适，加上这些可爱又专业的员工，体验感直接满分，已经推荐给身边朋友啦！想去前门故宫等中心区域主打一个哪哪都近，每次来都值得住几天。

A wonderful 4-night stay at Beijing NUO, excellent location and French stylish hotel design. Really enjoy the room service and facilities, specially thanks Yulia Su and Eva Han for their warmest welcome and professionalism, making the check-in process smoothly. On the last day when we get up early to catch up the flight, they kindly organize take-away breakfast when we check out. We will surely revisit.

酒店的服务非常好 ，前台服务人员Jerry，alice卞，daphne都很专业和亲切，酒店离天安门步行不到一公里，绝对是独一无二的珍贵体验!而且人还非常少，闹中取静，价格还不高。

退掉了前门一家让人失望的四合院民宿，还是选择品质保障的星级酒店。果然没让人失望，环境复古，大堂漂亮，入住了孙中山先生曾经下榻的房间。前台服务很周到，两次其他平台订的生活用品放到礼宾部，都有耐心的给送到房间。GR amy服务贴心，前台alice服务也不错，第二天一早去看升旗，超级便利，走几分钟就到了。回来还能补个觉，疫情原因早餐送到房间里，非常丰富！退房时礼宾部主动询问停车时间，开了包夜的停车条，¥60元一夜。又省一笔。有机会带父母来体验！
