带家人来北京玩几天，入住了王府井这家酒店。北京饭店诺金位置很不错，虽然房间设施有待改善，但整体还是乾净整洁。酒店赠送的恒壹旅拍，摄影师阿勇给我们拍的照片留下了美好的回忆。

酒店位置很好，紧挨王府井，到天安门故宫都可以步行前往，升级了新装修的房型，非常乾净，早餐也很不错。推荐。

It was a wonderful stay. I really liked the hotel; I was particularly fascinated by its history – thank you, Ksenia, for sharing the hotel’s story to me. Staff at front desk is friendly and helpful a lot. The breakfasts were delicious. I really enjoyed the Writers’ Bar; I had lunch and dinner there, and the food was delicious.

This hotel was very prestigious, located in a very central area. Close to the Forbidden City and shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff friendly. Will stay again!

Booked Heritage Room I believe we were upgraded to the modern wing, the rooms we got were super spacious, and absolutely the best to stay for a few nights. 2nd time staying in Nuo as I love its location being right in front of the metro and then Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. Wonderful stay.

最最市中心的位置，百年法式建筑，很有历史底藴，大堂楼梯很有特色。还有北京饭店历史介绍的小展厅，就是早餐没有想象中好

作为老牌五星级酒店，本次入住体验极度失望、离谱至极，完全不配五星水准，坚决差评！
下午2点办理入住，前台强行推销加价1000元升级房型，拒绝后态度敷衍，直接把我们安排在二楼问题房。同批入住客人全都安排六七楼，唯独刻意把我们分到二楼，明显区别对待。
房间基础配备严重缺失，无牙刷牙具、吹风机损坏；衞生间马桶和地面脏乱，叫保洁重新打扫才勉强能用，缺的用品来回沟通五次才补齐。
房间紧挨杂物间，婚礼、会议工作人员随意进出，整层几乎只有我们一户，嘈杂无私隐。下午四五点我已主动向前台反映房型问题，前台谎称全店满房，要隔天才能换房，我们只好忍让将就。
没想到晚上洗澡遭遇严重问题：淋浴水压不稳、冷热水错乱，被冷水淋了好几分钟极易感冒，同时地漏严重反水，浴室积水严重。气愤之下再次找携程客服帮忙沟通，突然就有空房可以立刻更换！
明明一直有空置好房间，却故意隐瞒、撒谎搪塞，逼着付费客人住故障烂房，毫无服务底线、毫无待客诚意。收费不便宜，服务、衞生、管理全方位拉垮，辜负国字号五星口碑，绝不推荐！！！
另外，携程客服非常好！响应迅速！以后还选携程??
