我根本没有入住，微信同程艺龙订房，支付成功发现入住时间搞错，要求变更，平台，酒店相互推辞无法处理，最后结果是不可变更不可取消，投诉无门，必须入住消费。这结果显然是不能接受的。现在平台还好意思让我评价。强烈要求退款，不然继续投诉
