12楼服务员其中一个，年龄50左右，态度极差，大概是北京人，有北京口音，问问题极其不耐烦，说话也很霸道，感觉这酒店她家开的，服务行业讲态度，酒店难道没培训过吗？我是2.13日中午入住的，明天后天还有2天，我忙完了会拍那服务员照片上传，留着大家瞻仰，说到做到！

春节前在网上订的酒店，又方便又便宜，地址在国家会议中心隔壁，出门没几步就可以看到鸟巢和水立方了，住宿环境很高档，卫生整洁，服务态度好，周边有购物广场，出门不远有地铁8号和15号线，出行也方便，小孩超级喜欢😘离中国科学技术馆也很近，小朋友可以玩一整天，
