康佳和李红雨这两名前台服务态度很好！太贴心！从入住到退房全程微笑！地理位置绝佳，出门就是地铁站和商圈，逛吃玩一条龙超方便！前台小姐姐还推荐了本地人爱去的小吃街，超赞！

房间很舒服 衞生很乾净 酒店服务人员都很好 尤其是张改凤和樊爱玲两位 看见带了宝宝 及时多送了矿泉水和被子来 酒店小童乐园也很大 硬控娃一下午不是问题 好评 下次来北京还会选择这里

住了N多次酒店，这回感受首先是硬件退化较厉害，虽然知道香格里拉维护得很用心了，可是门锁都有问题确实已经到了大修的阶段了，豪华阁的简餐也是退步了，见证了酒店的成长，衷心希望有所改进越来越好！

酒店位于朝阳区嘉里商圈和国贸商圈，交通便利，离soho步行8分钟左右，周围有很多餐厅??酒店礼宾部工作人员非常及时热情地给客人开车门并引导到酒店大堂前台??前台工作人员很热情??房间宽敞明亮??2米大床非常舒适??冰箱内的饮品果汁全部免费??酒店早餐品种丰富??大堂吧午餐性价比超高??酒吧晚间有驻唱??健身中心24小时营业（11点后自助刷门卡进入），健身空间非常大，健身器材齐全，每天都有大课安排，泳池1.2米、30米长，是我入住国内外最大最好的健身中心??还配有健身教练可以一对一指导??总之，非常棒的入住体验??
