帮外国友人订的房，他们说这个酒店不干净，我还解释说不会不干净，可能就是旧了，昨天早上他们在房间喝了咖啡，晚上回去的时候一个咖啡杯洗了另一个杯子完全没洗，然后就是晚上要上床睡觉的时候发现床上有虫子，应该是臭虫，因为今天早上我们要早起去开会所以她就拿纸巾把虫子扔到马桶里冲走了。今天一早7:30退房的时候她和我说了这件事并希望我和酒店反馈千万好好打扫卫生，别的客人入住别也有这样恶心的经历，前台是两个实习生找了大堂经理过来，这位大堂经理首先不是道歉而是硕这个虫子长得很奇怪他没见过，然后表示怀疑说旁边没有拍到别的家俱，他不能确认是在酒店房间里面拍的，他翻拍了照片表示要亲自上去看看，还说为啥昨晚不来前台反馈，歪果仁听到这样的话都晕了，因为今天要早起昨天那么晚很累了想赶紧睡觉，而且前台基本没有人能讲英文。因为我们要赶紧出门赶火车去开会所以我和这位大堂经理说可以给我打电话说一下处理意见。在外忙了一天没有接到酒店任何电话我们回到酒店询问，这次说酒店礼宾部一个经理说他了解了一下情况应该是客人没有拉纱帘造成的，听了这个客人就开始生气了，昨天早上离开酒店的时候窗帘是拉开的晚上回去窗帘还是一样她自己拉上了窗帘纱帘，不明白这个虫子和拉不拉纱帘的关系，窗户都是关的，我问大堂经理呢？礼宾部回答说去吃饭去了他打电话请示说这么大热的天他们想给我们拿点饮料然后给我们拿点水果，我说她们马上要坐飞机要饮料和水果做什么？然后礼宾部又去打电话最后说酒店的解决方案就是给客人拿水拿水果或者下次入住给客人升级房间！客人说她给酒店付费是需要一个干净的房间，不干净为什么要付费？这样的酒店怎么还回回来再次入住？最后也没等来任何经理我们也说了现在中国希望歪果仁开旅游，那么多五星级酒店都倒闭了，为什么不能好好解决问题呢？如果歪果仁把这个经历发出来，酒店就真的觉得还有人会花钱来住有臭虫的酒店吗？说实话我特别不理解酒店的处理方式，这个不是自寻死路吗？

This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Beijing, and it is just near to China World, which the location is good. Although the facility is not that brand new, but its not bad and instead its comfortable and still keep its 4 star rate. Price is little bit high indeed, but for business trip its ok.

The hotel is conveniently located in Guomao district, which is ideal for business travelers as well as merrymakers. Services are good, and the room is spacious. However, some of the amenities, such as the shower and the air-conditioning systems, needed to be upgraded.

早些年的日航，摘牌后似乎疏于打理。房间里的霉味实在令人印象深刻…有一半的区域租出去成了办公的地方…酒店和办公混着…就这样我整整住了10天…除此以外，服务依旧上佳，自助餐厅性价比极高
