入住时客房紧张，延迟入住，不过刚好要去吃午餐，寄存行李先去吃饭，办入住时前台给升级房间，房间不错，卫生好，顶花洒喷头很密，洗澡很舒服。

酒店地点就在5号线北新桥地铁站附近，到雍和宫、孔庙国子监走着就可以，周边都是北京老胡同可以逛，我们连住4晚，升级了房间，每天都有果盘，送了早餐，早餐很丰富，5星酒店的环境，酒店一楼餐厅也有烤鸭和炸酱面，餐也很好吃，下次来北京肯定还会住这个酒店

这样家饭店真的太推了！服务很好，第一次到这帮我们升级房间、还送点心，早餐很不错，饭店位置很棒，离地铁只要5分钟 旁边都是吃的、美食，超级棒！最棒的是楼下就还有租衣服化妆的地方，饭店房客还可以折100元人民币，一个人妆发租衣服折完大约199-299，完全超方便！ 重点是这个价位有这样的，CP值真的太赞了??

来附近医院，结束的晚就选择住旁边酒店休息，酒店地理位置优越，离雍和宫南锣都很近，房间舒适干净，服务态度也特别好，会推荐给身边来北京玩的朋友。

房间很大，有玻璃窗而且有小窗可以打开并配有纱窗蚊蝇进不来房间，这点非常实用！晚上把空调关了只开窗睡觉非常舒服！房间卫生非常好??前台服务非常热情周到，我到早了房间还没有打扫出来，前台工作人员给我免费升级到了雅致房型，酒店还可以免费停车非常便利！为前台服务点赞??

Drainage in shower is very bad and will flood the shower cubicle. The sound insulation of the room is poor and you can hear when people are talking along the corridor. The staff is excellent in their service

酒店位置不错，但是设施陈旧，服务和卫生不敢恭维！进房间后用了十几张湿巾进行清洁，依然很脏，马桶垫上居然有尿渍！闻所未闻！见所未见！遂让酒店重新清洁。清洁后依然很脏，有的地方积了厚厚的灰。睡觉前发现床罩不干净，遂让酒店换床罩，保洁阿姨臭着脸就过来了，全程不耐烦！沟通发生争执！本来订了三天！第一天就无法忍受！退订了后两天！不会再来了！明显是管理有问题！
