酒店设施比较旧了，虽説升级房型，但房间也一般，衞生设施一般，洗澡间很陈旧，浴缸也很小。马桶还是门后不舒服

房间很宽敞，交通很便利，地铁站很近，距离热门景点步行即可。停车方便，停车场也比较大。北京市区停车老大难了，车放在酒店步行出去玩不要太开心。
早餐也很丰盛，还有老北京杂酱麪 豆汁 油条都有！
前台小李办理入住超麻利，有需要都很快响应，我们崇礼滑雪赶时间回来，乱七八糟的一堆东西都帮忙送到房间，减轻了很多负担。还给升级了房型，泡澡也很快提供了一次性浴带。流程清晰不拖沓，专业度满分！

老舍説，北平的秋天，便是天堂。因着这句话，一直向往秋天的北京。最近被小红书上北京的银杏吸引力，立即行动，立即出发。特地挑了位于南锣鼓巷离天坛最近的东方茂酒店。
酒店大堂宽敞，极具京城特色的服装罗列一排，前台工作人员热情友好令我们如沐春风，还特意给我们升级了客房，房间宽敞，乾湿分离，还备有水果麪包，室内温度23度，冷暖适宜。
因房间Wi-Fi信号不好，第二天跟前台反应，工作人员王亚丁先生立即帮我解决，他亲自找了间信号好的客房，第一时间帮我们调换房间。在互联网时代的今天，须臾离不开网络，看到Wi-Fi信号满格，网页瞬间刷新的那一刻，激动之情难以言表。在此感谢宾馆所有工作人员，尤其是当值员工王亚丁先生，急客人所急，热情热心周到，服务满分
最后值得一提的是宾馆早餐，应有尽有，商业街吃过北京的炸酱麪，觉得并不怎么样，没有想到宾馆的炸酱麪更胜一筹，非常好吃！果然星级酒店是品质的保证，软硬件都让人满意。
酒店出行也方便，北新桥地铁口几分钟，对面就是餐饮一条街簋街！

前台办理入住时赵文晴很热情，服务到位，酒店的每一个细节都考虑得非常周到，让人感到非常贴心和舒适，真是无可挑剔！酒店乾净宽敞明亮，设施方便，健身房很不错，前台服务人员赵文晴很热情，酒店各方面对于常年在外出差的我来説很方便。主要是房价实惠，停车免费，住的很满意！

Excellent location near the terminus of the airport express train and nearby hutongs, Lama temple and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, with plenty of choice.

We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was large, clean, modern and smelled fresh. Inside the hotel was very beautiful, and was in a great location for Beijing. Our room was also very dark and quiet at night, which made it easy to have a good nights rest. Our only complaint was there was only one person working behind reception when we arrived, but there were many people trying to check in which could have been avoided. Apart from that, excellent hotel at a good price, and I would recommend for any western tourists visiting Beijing.
