比较惊讶，订房的时候网上已经支付房费，已经确认房间。但到酒店后竟然说没房了。然后把我安排到它的另一个楼的房间，该房间跟如家差不多.根本没有像订房的时候4星级的标准。然后那服务说一堆如果不满意只能调到其他酒店，但肯定比这还差。但已经比较晚，只能将就住了一个晚上。这就是北京的体验。个人感觉有点像被骗的黑店！

地段好，穿过LG双子座大厦就是酒店，闹中取静。过马路就是秀水街，好多老外。交通便利，地铁到北京南站四十分钟，都在地下换乘。酒店服务员很热情，合作配合得很好。已经退房，因为开会耽误，又入驻，服务员给安排升级为套件。酒店装修还蛮新的，没有异味，卫生间也不小。总之很满意。艺龙的价格最便宜。确认也很快。

以前住过两回国泰酒店，感觉不错，地理位置优越，距离地铁口比较近，干净。这次入住不如先前得感觉了！卫生不如先前了，办理结账男服务生态度不好！希望提高服务素质！毕竟在北京代表部分首都形象，服务质量，谢谢。
