前台小花小洁热情??，小朋友非常喜欢送的小礼物，特意为小姑娘配套了小牙刷和粉色拖鞋，细节方面处理非常满意！
环境安静，设备齐全，离南池子比较近，袋小朋友看升国旗，凌晨早起比较方便，还赠送了早餐，非常方便的酒店！

6年前来北京旅游第一次选择了这家酒店。这次再次携家带口来北京，想都不想直接又是这家，虽然名字有改，但问了下还是原来那家香江戴斯，而且有重新装修过。还是一如既往的好，酒店环境好，服务态度非常好，离主要景点真的很近，天安门、故宫、国博、王府井10分钟左右都能走到，出门玩一路便捷方便，而且酒店门口还有公交车站，虽然这次没坐，记得上次来去南锣鼓巷、什刹海可以直接坐到酒店门口。衞生乾净清爽，住着舒服，早餐也不错，这次前台叫潘和武，服务真的不错，看我们5个人还贴心的多准备洗漱用品，反正住的太棒了，五星没跑。以后来北京玩还是会继续这家，祝新的一年越来越好

打扫干净，房间小点，挂衣服的空间设计不错。晚上安静，早晨楼下停车开车会短暂有点声。疫情有点紧张，带好口罩

院子不错，房间小，卫生不错，设施可以。就是早上偶尔被楼下胡同的大妈大爷说话吵醒，晚上倒是安静。另进院子的请戴口罩。

卫生好，环境不错。对面还有东华门街道疫苗打，昨天人有点多。东来顺也在对面，走去王府井还10分钟吧。
