酒店地理位置优越，距离天安门和王府井都特别方便，步行溜达就行，窗户外面就是老北京四合院，太有感觉啦，前台接待热情有礼貌，还赠送小礼物给孩子们，客房打扫及时，多给赠送了两瓶水，工作人员都很专业，非常满意的一次入住体验，设施齐全，床铺舒适用品贴心，特别是床品很舒服，孩子很喜欢，下次还要来,五星好评

非常不错的一家酒店，环境比较漂亮，有一个很好看的院子，前台的大兵服务态度非常的好，整体入住体验感很好。他们还帮我们升级了房间，必须五星好评，推荐给大家。离天安门 故宫都非常近，6

陪80岁老妈来看升旗 订了这家 地理位置极其优越 出大门左拐 出衚衕口 右拐直走到红绿灯 右拐 前方就是2号升旗预约入口 应该是最近的酒店
虽然地址是衚衕 但是车进来很宽敞 自带的免费停车场也很大
check in时 前台两位美女 小高和小赵主动帮我们升级 还送了小年小零食 暖心 下次看升旗 还来

香江意舍住着真舒心！环境有惊喜，小院子打理得挺好，看着就心情好，有种闹中取静的感觉。前台办入住时态度超赞，流程顺顺当当的。房间衞生不错入住体验很好住得特舒坦，五星必须安排！观看升旗仪式必选酒店

选香江意舍太对了，住得超值！环境让人眼前一亮，小院子氛围感十足，百年古树添了不少古朴雅致。庭院式酒店的景色很赞，打理得很到位，处处透着用心。入住体验超棒，住得舒坦又放松，五星好评必须给，值得推荐入住不错！

We had an excellent experience staying in Hotel Yoo. Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome from the staff, October and Anya who helped us communicate with the airport taxi driver. They were also willing to help us book and confirm the car rental to Mutianyu Great Wall. Our kids were also provided with snack goody bags.
Our room is 1105, was a quite and comfort room, homy, very clean, complete amenities of tooth brush and paste, comb, soap, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, sandals, towels. All the equipments were working well, such as AC, heater, washing machine, electric stove, water kettle, TV, and internet.
The breakfast was nice, with variety choices of Chinnese menu, bread and butter, coffee, tea, juices.
During check out, Anya and Xiaojie provide enthusiastic service. We can put our luggage while we were continue strolling the city. We also provided with drinks and help to call the taxi.
In general, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, they were really tried to meeting the guest needs, although having difficulties in speaking English, they used translation application to understand us. Would definitely recommend families to stay in this hotel for the satisfactory service.

值得点赞和好评的一家酒店，到国博天安门步行10分钟左右，很近很方便，房间虽小但太阳充沛，大冬天暖意洋洋，非常舒服！发生了小插曲，但酒店经理非常人性化的解决了，很满意！这家店值得推荐给大家住宿！

这家酒店的环境很不错，有一个漂亮的院子，主要是前台的小花跟小王服务态度很好，出行也很方便。地理位置非常优越，步行15分钟就到故宫，门口有公交地铁，去王府井跟故宫很方便。看升旗首选酒店，推荐给大家～～带娃还有亲子房，小花前台还会帮忙打印卷子，深得老母亲喜欢，非常棒！

入住体验便利特别棒，步行十几分钟就到达天安门，我们去的国博、故宫和毛主席纪念堂特别近。地铁公交也很方便前台小花小王热情周到态度特别好，保洁阿姨特别贴心。环境优美，房间乾净整洁安静，办理入住和退房也很快，冬天里暖气特别好。非常满意，下次来还住这里，必须要五星好评！????
