The experience at this hotel was mixed. While the ambiance was pleasant overall, it seemed more suited for business travelers than solo guests.
I had an issue with a neighboring guest who repeatedly smoking in the hallway and near the room. This caused an unpleasant smell in my room , and cigarette butts were visible just outside the room. Despite me reporting it twice and photographic evidence, the hotel staff initially dismissed the claims, denying the situation.
An air purifier was provided, but it was ineffective, and the smoke smell persisted as the hotel is fully carpeted environment. The hotel's handling of the situation was poor, even offering a room change, which seemed aimed at retention rather than enforcing the non-smoking policy. I’m glad I only booked two nights at the hotel and found my way to a new hotel.

酒店位置很好找，挨着高速。酒店的大堂很气派，前台有个姓杨的姑娘服务态度很好。同时酒店房间很好，卫生做的很干净。经常入住，非常不错。

从第一天入住酒店，感觉整体非常满意。餐饮也非常不错，特地邀请朋友来品尝了云南菜，口味不错。前台的服务也很好，小杨多次延房都没有问题，迅速办理解决我的问题。房间很干净整洁。会经常入住。

来北京旅游一周入住的酒店，交通便利，就是北京气候太干燥了。大厅有钢琴，而且大厅休息室用绿植很好的做了屏障和隔断的效果。开放的空间有保留了一些私密性。房间有加湿器，每天有四瓶免费矿泉水，附带了游泳池，疫情期间人也不多，前台处理续卡问题也很迅速。每次出门回来房间都被整理得很干净，连卫生间梳妆台的化妆品都井井有条，就是每天忙着暴走逛景点浴缸没泡澡泳池也就去了一次。更衣室有甩干机这是一个细节，连好多万豪旗下的五星级酒店健身房都没有甩干机，对于喜欢游泳的住客是很好的服务。表示有机会来北京还会入住。
