每次早班机到北京 酒店都能帮我们调整入住时间 预留好房间 提前打扫干净 让我们入住后 安心去工作 还免费提升为套房 知道我家先生爱喝茶 送了好多矿泉水 贴心的服务 不枉我们几年的坚持入住

每年都来住，这次买的国庆套餐，包括早餐和晚餐，两家带着孩子一起来的，连续两天游泳，自助餐种类也很多，卫生永远很棒，这么多年酒店保养的很好。表扬一下前台，因为一开始查不到我的订单，立马给了三张饮品券，让我边休息边等待，其实很快也就解决了。丽都皇冠可以免费停车，给力的永远都是游泳池，以前大池子是冰凉的，这次发现很暖和，孩子们很容易下水，大赞一个??

十一期间不想出京，但是孩子喜欢祝酒店哈哈，找点旅游的感觉，一向觉得丽都这边的周边特别方便，停车吃饭，溜达着可以去逛逛宜家和颐堤港，酒店的泳池，早餐都非常好，孩子很喜欢

酒店的位置对我来说非常便利～
首次进酒店时，管理也非常好，做好防疫管理工作。酒店前台登记时也非常迅速和有礼貌。
酒店不算新，但是性价比十足，改有的配备都有，就是注意需要带个人用品，比如梳子现在没有提供。
清洁人员也非常有责任，我其实是多晚入住，但他们真的是每天清洁和整理。
不错，还会入住的
