第二次入住了，这次没有升级房型，但实际高级和豪华就差一个小阳台而已，别的面积都是一样的，升不升其实无所谓哈～
图1是酒店咖啡厅的甜甜圈，很好吃
图2是酒店健身房，跑步机非常人性化还可以连接手机蓝牙记录健身情况，环境特别好。
图3是酒店的欢迎饮料，入住的客人都会得到一张兑换券，有饮料咖啡酒什么的，很贴心～
本次服务中规中矩，但是给酒店几个小建议，望采纳！首先，check in的等待时间太长了，每次我们都要花费20分钟的时间等待，两点后可以入住，但是前台服务员跟我们说让我等一个小时左右才能收拾出干净房间，如果不想等就补差价升级豪华或行政。我觉得没必要吧…本来说好的就是两点入住，你告诉我没有干净房间要等，本身就是你的不对了，干嘛还要让我补差价升级房子呢…我真搞不懂这是什么逻辑，难道不应该给我升级个房型表示歉意么…我们当时等了一个小时，三点多才顺利入住。前台接待是酒店的门面，希望可以脑子灵活一点。别的没有任何的缺点，很喜欢的酒店！

早餐非常满意！特别适合带家长和孩子来度假，服务很棒，很亲切，有点在家的感觉！泳池和健身房，玩了两天，还意犹未尽！前台，还给升级到行政房！无敌景致，非常棒！最后，感谢酒店的前台和所有服务人员！

习惯了每年新年第一天在酒店度过，今年选择了皇冠假日酒店，留下了非常美好的印象。酒店位置不错，开车很方便，停车还免费。房间大，设施齐全，用品好，早餐也很丰盛。祝愿2019年更美好。
