我不太明白，明明备注要求必须要大床，为啥到店前台依旧说没有大床，那既然没有大床，为什么不让我取消订单，实在是不理解，丽都皇冠的前台已经不是第一次这样，定好的房型，到了前台就会说没有，除非加钱是升级房间，但是其实酒店的房间都是一个样子，升级完没有任何区别......真的希望酒店前台少点套路吧！
