艺龙上预定的 到店说没有大床了 升级才有大床 然后加了几百给的所谓的大床 还是俩小床合并一起的 我也是醉了 给的解释是这是超大床…我也是呵呵了！
还有去退房 当时就一个客人正在办理 我就问一下问题 告诉我要排队，又不是很多人，我还不知道等他办完再办啊，真是态度也有问题！！！真是不想再去！！！！！！
