房间很好，给免费升级了房型，搞了一个有窗有沙发的房间，离电梯口也很远，晚上睡觉也很安静，还有一次性的马桶套，独立包装瓶的洗发水沐浴露护发素，还有独立包装瓶的水乳，楼梯间的保洁姐姐态度超级好，给酒店前台短发小姐姐爆灯！态度超级好，办入住熟练且快速，还嘎嘎漂亮，还有机器人帮忙送外卖，酒店附近还有便利店超市早餐铺饭店，非常便利，唯一觉得不足的是酒店wifi信号不太好，其他都很好，离潘家园很近，北京硬通货紫光园就在酒店斜对过，总之非常推荐！

Great service staffs. Courteous and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms.
Being from overseas, they kindly help to book transport to airport. During a night when there’s power issues, free upgrade my room which is windowless to one with windows. Emergency torch provided in case I need to go toilet in the night. Lots of dining options nearby.
Subway is a little far, 15 minutes walk away.

Huge room and it was nice! The room was clean and the facilities were complete! It has KFC right next to it so it was very convenient to get breakfast.

服务特别好根据我的要求给我安排了阳光很充足的位置，采光真的是特别好，唯一的不足就是这个房间没有那么方正，但是他们的服务完全可以抵消这一点点的不足。卫生也还不错挺干净的，停车也很方便，最重要的是周边吃东西太方便

四月份和孩子住过一次2晚，酒店很新 很宽敞舒适。酒店周边有米其林炸酱面、7-11 店，药店等，隔壁就是KFC，对面紫光园和商场，附近5公里左右2家海底捞，我都是叫滴滴…服务人员和前台人员都非常热情友善…所以5月份再来北京带妈妈住上4晚??
