这酒店大概前几年来吃过自助餐，那会应该还叫w酒店。疫情出不去外地。带着家人来城里酒店泡一天。可惜的是因为疫情自助餐关了，不过总体上还是很开心的，泳池很漂亮。而且人也不多，还有一个热池子可以泡澡。房间夜景挺美，可以看到北京站和长安街。床头的那个可以调节颜色挺有趣。房间里提供4瓶饮用水，冰箱里有很多饮料和啤酒都是免费的。酒店周边有日坛公园，距离世贸天阶也很近。吃饭逛街都挺方便。总体满意！

前台服务和餐饮服务很棒，经常来，像老朋友一样招待，一如既往的提现了雅高集团的水准，性价比和服务五星级水准再次下榻北京索菲特。酒店疫情期间水平依然在线，前台Edward王鑫经理会为我安排套房。在餐饮总监Jason陈总带领下餐饮做的有声有色，酒店总厨朱师傅手艺也很棒的，雅高集团在北京酒店的天花板。

We were at Sofitel with 3 little children. Usually its hard to get an accommodation for 5 person family in China. In this case the hotel surprised us, they arranged a nice and big room for all of us. Service was friendly and supportive. The breakfast was delicious and rich. Thanks to Sofitel.

酒店地理位置优越，安静，环境卫生好，客房服务员做卫生仔细。服务人员特别大堂张娟经理态度和蔼，温馨，热情，让人有宾至如归的感觉，再来北京还会选择这家酒店入住
