到酒店等了很久才办结入住手续，这是第二次了，到酒店后，前台说只有登记一间，其实我登记的两间，不是房间数量出错就是入住天数出错，连续两次出行存在问题。酒店方服务，环境，设施都是一流的，包括早餐都很好，酒店值得推荐，只是携程很不给力。
