酒店整体还是不错的，管家式服务，帮你提行李，有欢迎水果，房间非常大，洗漱用品欧舒丹，还有温泉可以免费泡。值得一提的是温泉，其实就是个温水池，里面各种冲浪，还挺好玩的，下次有机会再去！

十分不错的一个酒店，物超所值，比那些光有名气的五星级强太多，无论环境，装修，服务态度，都是一级的好！值得入住！

学士房，服务很好，硬件设施差了，地毯脏，牙刷不是一次性的，都没洗干净，房间淋浴房和泡池都是用薄纱档窗，而且浴池位于高台且没有台阶，上下很危险，窗帘手动，而且必须站在高台上操作，遮光帘无法拉到淋雨房位置，照片位置已经是尽头，完全无法遮光，我早上6点就醒了！泡池、淋雨房、卫生间在一起，和卧室之间相通而且只有薄纱做为隔断，空调不给力。最后重申一点：无论是酒店还是温泉，他们的服务，绝对对得起这个价格！

这家酒店服务态度特别好特别热情，过年的时候我在行宫住过，那时是后半夜到店里办理入住的，喝多了吐到被子上了，后半夜我记得是个姓张的女服务员帮我收拾的，不知道她还在那里吗，我过些日子要去北京玩，还会去行宫，谢谢她，嘿嘿才知道酒店可以点评，以后要去北京要住酒店就去行宫国际酒店，这家酒店真的不错
