去环球定的酒店，非常乾净整洁方便，早晨有两辆接驳车来回乐园，提前一天逛了旁边的商场！GAP UR Nike等等都有5-6折折扣，收获满满！

为了环球影城选择了湾里诺岚，结果体验远超预期，非常满意。酒店服务周到贴心，几家餐厅的餐食都很美味，洗护用品也很好用。特别想表扬一下负责房间打扫的樊喜梅，我们连住了两天，每天都是她细致认真地打扫，让人感觉格外温暖和舒心。还主动询问我们水是否够用，咖啡机喜欢哪种胶囊。太贴心了??

设施：新酒店，设施很新很齐全
衞生：很乾净整洁，到处都是新新的香香的
环境：离环球影城很近，相比另外两个酒店更有性价比
服务：酒店服务一级棒，工作人员见面都会主动真好，坐车到达和离开都有工作人员开关门，不仅帮我铺好了梳化床，还帮我们延迟退房到两点，基本上是有求必应，满分好评，家人説下次还会选择

酒店整体超满意！全新装修，客房设施都崭新齐全，房间门窗密封性很棒，住宿环境清幽安静，足不出户就有满满的度假氛围感，开窗对面就能看到环球影城景致，视野绝佳。特别夸赞大堂贾经理，服务热情，对我们的需求热心解决，服务周到，靠谱。下次来环球影城游玩，还会首选这家，推荐！

周末亲子度假的绝佳之选，去环球影城和环球大道打车都是起步价，房间就可以远眺到哈波城堡。三楼不出户与湾里王府井和地铁站相通。酒店大堂、餐厅视野超好，十层泳池小朋友超级喜欢（如果水温调高0.5-1度就更适合小朋友玩水），值得再去

So incredibly impressed- our best hotel stay in China to date. Such beautiful room design, furniture and colours - brand new only being built last year!
Pool has a view of Universal Studios and so does the rooftop bar - so modern and cool - we enjoyed our very late dinner there on our first night.
For our anniversary we were kindly gifted sweet fruit treats and had beautiful swans on our bed.
Staff are excellent, professional and helpful. Genuinely hospitable and welcoming. They also speak great English and didn’t need to use a translation device with us. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!!

设施：酒店很新，设施先进人性化，非常满意。
衞生：理由同上，几乎挑不出问题。
环境：很有设计感，漂亮。能看到环球景观，可惜本次楼层还不够高。审美很好，艺术布局美观。
