入住这家亚朵真的太暖心了。带着孩子出来玩，本来只是随口提了一句孩子过生日，没想到前台工作人员特别用心，当天就给准备了小蛋糕（蓝莓蛋挞），孩子看到特别开心。
结果第二天去吃早餐，酒店还特意准备了生日麪，真的特别意外。从头到尾服务都很贴心，工作人员态度也好，房间乾净舒服，位置也方便。
这么用心的酒店真的很少见，处处都让人觉得温暖，下次来还会住这里，真心推荐给大家

因为在成都期间就住的是亚朵，所以回北京也选择亚朵，喜欢洗衣房，这个确实让出门的人比较方便，而且网络密码直接登陆很方便。就是房间最近格外热，没有制冷或者吹风功能，晚上格外闷热，酒店的服务没得説，几次给认真解释原因，并赠送水果，调整房间，拿电扇，也是尽可能的给我们想办法改善。从心里我们还是理解的。今天退房还送了伴手礼，给小朋友也有可爱的小玩具，我们在房间里遗落小东西，也给我们打电话沟通，非常贴心、耐心、认真，对于这一次入住，我们还是很满意的。

在寸土寸金的北京二环内，竟然还有一家酒店房间是带有院子的，太舒服了，住了三晚又续三晚，更主要的是去哪个景点都方便，酒店服务也是相当好的。

带着孩子来北京打卡她想去的地方，盲目的选择了衚衕里的亚朵，没想到给了我们不一样的体验。夜晚穿梭在衚衕里寻找目的地，路灯的忽明忽暗，真的很有北京味道。当然亚朵的服务还是一如既往的好，不管是办理入住还是退房手续，尽职尽责的接待人员都很贴心??????

设施：房间比较新，各方面设施完善，健身房和洗衣间在院子里，有阿姨可以给洗好的衣服送到门口
环境：蛮好的，酒店离鼓楼还有聚鑫餐厅非常近，走路十几分钟就能到鼓楼，聚鑫就100米，打车可以进到酒店，但是是衚衕里，怕堵车最好还是走进来比较方便
服务：工作人员挺好的??机器人不够就自己跑上跑下，就态度好

We had a pleasant stay in this Atour. The design and infrastructure is similar to other Atour. And the service is warm and welcoming. We stayed here for the visit of nanluoguxiang and to experience the atmosphere of hu-tong. The hotel itself is located in a quiet hu-tong with 5 minutes walk to main streets. The hotel is modern and minimalist design. The room size is on the smaller side but I guess hotels in hu-tong are all limited in the space.
