作为希尔顿旗下五星级酒店。以下差评：
1.早餐连要求一杯冰美式都无法理解，一直问我如何制作，我还要一步一步告诉她，最后给我冰块让我自己diy.
2.当我半夜手机充电线损坏无法使用 酒店也无法提供 説要问酒店阿姨再让我知道 结果我等了半个小时也没收到消息 还要我去打电话确认 ，还推卸説可能阿姨还没到房间，（那请问你可以直接打电话给我不是吗？凌晨两点多难道很忙吗？）
3.礼宾部收到我的快递 一直説搜不到我的电话尾号，就算我拿出来我的收货短讯也来来回回三四次説没有找不到 （也许觉得我会放弃离开？不知道 只是很不让人舒服）最后还是找到了，让我等了20分钟
4.隔音效果很差，走廊阿姨打扫走动以及关门声我都能听到

保持着希尔顿逸林旅游酒店一贯的装修风格，设施很新，淋浴与衞生间分离做得很人性化，唯一不足之处是：淋浴间太少，且无处放置换洗衣服；酒店房间空调最低24摄氏度且无法下调，作为南方的小土豆得时不时开窗透气

很新的一家希尔顿，地理位置好，周边吃喝玩儿乐俱全，离地铁站也不算远，出行方便。前台工作人员May热情周到的服务就给我留下了深刻印象。办理入住手续迅速又高效，给朋友安排的房间安静，舒适，还耐心地给我们介绍周边好玩的地方和好吃的餐厅，就像家人一样亲切。值得推荐，有机会还会再次入住！

逸林一直是我的出行首选啦。很喜欢酒店的装修风格，隔音不错，早餐也挺丰盛，对面有几个古玩城，旁边走两步到潘家园，附近还有家南门涮肉，一切都很方便。这次必须给Max点赞！办事利落，态度超nice，这次入住多亏了她的细心指引！

已经住这家店很多次了，离潘家园很近，在东三环陕西大厦里面，旁边有一家湘菜馆，很好吃，做的也很好。离北京东肿也很近。

Very smooth check-in process. Concierge avaliable to accept parcels and food deliveries. Robot staff available on site to send up food deliveries and other misc. Hotel also offered other pillow options. Room was not stuffy during despite winter season, it was nice and cool (able to open the window for extra breeze). Toiletries provided was by Crabtree & Evelyn which smells amazing.
