北京潘家园希尔顿逸林酒店体验超棒!位置优越,距潘家园地铁站近,不管地铁还是打车出行都非常便捷。房间全新装修,乾净雅致,甜梦床超舒适,衞浴乾湿分离,细节满分 。前台服务热情,客房服务贴心高效 。早餐丰盛美味,27层餐厅视野好 。整体性价比高,商务出行或休闲住宿都很合适,五一带娃住这里非常满意。
下次来北京还选这家!

盲选了这家酒店,看到説周边交通设施方便。入住了3天,总得来説很一般,平均9百的房价算是中规中矩,服务和客人的体验感真的迫切需要提升!
不管是快速响应客人需求还是酒店基础的礼貌服务,真的让人叹息摇头!从前台开始碰到的所有酒店人员恐怕最有礼貌的就属保洁人员了。
第一天到店后,房间中间的那个蓝色感应器从电话到工程部人员到位已经等的不耐烦了,过来后也没有解决,説换个新的再等20分钟,摆脱哎!入住客人已经很累了,这个问题不知道其他客人有没有反应,难道那么困难嚒!

这次入住体验真的很棒,轻松愉快,工作人员美女帅哥也特别养眼。尤其要感谢礼宾部的May,沟通顺畅又热心,处理事情麻利。
酒店整体衞生没得説,公共区域和房间都乾乾净净的,装潢简约大气。
早餐种类挺丰富的,我吃得超满足,就是咖啡味道能再提升一点就完美啦~
退房时阿姨态度也特别好,帮忙开门又有礼貌。
下次还来~

此次入住18楼,对客房清洁服务非常满意。房间每天都保持整洁舒适,细节也处理得很好,能感受到工作人员的用心与专业,谢谢黄玉梅阿姨,我对18楼清洁团队的感谢。
礼宾部也需要赞美,特别是Jim 十分感激他的帮忙,除了帮收快递,还会极力推荐周边的景点和美食,让我的入住体验更加愉快。
我下次还会入住,有回家的感觉。强力推荐!

I have stayed for 3 nights and have been using the fitness gym facility every morning around 6:30 AM for abot 1&1/2 hours. The housekeeping of the fitness center should be seriously looked into. towels. (not upkeeping ) , drinking waters ( do not have ??), TV monitors (faulty) are not being taken care of!!! I am surprised that all 3 morning the situation is the same!

这次入住体验特别好,酒店服务优质,27层吃早餐,观景效果很好,还有个小露台,前台Alina态度特别温柔,办理入住很快,还细心提醒注意事项。欢乐时光晚餐很好吃,荤多搭配,也可以单点,整体总结酒店服务和硬件都很到位。
