Excellent experience. We got upgraded to the bigger room during check with free breakfast and king size beds.
The receptionist Xiao Wei is extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had and any queries about room service.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially family with kids.

A very nice stay, although the room is quite small but it is nice! They gave us a free room upgrade with the help of their app, and they were very polite. Kept asking us if the room is okay.

首先 酒店的位置也非常好找 很醒目 一进门 服务人员的态度都很好 前台一个戴眼镜的小哥哥和一个小姐姐 工作态度特别认真 服务也到位 细心的为我们讲解 其次 酒店房间内配备的设施非常完美 还有免费的矿泉水以及饮料 还可以做咖啡 早餐也特别的丰富 配的非常完美 量也很足 味道也不错 总之 值得推荐入住！

这次旅游最满意就是选对了酒店，酒店设施新，房间大且舒适，温暖如春。床品舒服令睡眠质量提升，每天客服把房间卫生打扫的干净整洁，再配上美味的自做咖啡，呆在房间也惬意。酒店的早餐也满意。最值得表扬的是无论是前台工作人员还是房间打扫卫生的工作员还有餐厅服务员，他（她）们的服务意识堪比五星级酒店，所以住了10天。

环境好干净卫生！服务周到！小机器人送餐效率高又新鲜，63寸大电视不管看电视还是投屏看电影或者连续剧都特别过瘾！桌子够大好放东西，桌子边上还做了一个小沙发，这样我和老公就可以一起吃外卖了，我坐椅子上老公坐那个小沙发！唯一我不太满意的有两点：1早餐是自助餐的形式，小吃类没有了没人及时补上，杯子有一个豁口的2:停车位不多，不好停车！
