环境不错，去哪都方便，离天坛蛮近的。每天都会打扫衞生，客房服务呼叫很及时，工作人员态度都很好，有求必应；管家马子腾服务很热情，服务态度很好，不错不错；有需要的话还会入住，很推荐

总体还可以，厕所乾湿分离，没有开空调也不热不冷，被子很乾爽没有黏糊糊的
衞生：很乾净，很整洁，纸和床单都叠了，是整理过的
环境：不偏僻，外面看到旧旧的，里面很乾净整洁，附近很热闹，离北京南站只有两站，非常方便
设施：电视能看衞视台直播，小度智控也能用
服务：服务很好，前台小姐姐很耐心

在桔子住了四个晚上，加了两百前台姐姐给加了会员、升级了房型还送了早餐，总体服务很不错，现在天冷了还会提供温的矿泉水，酒店早餐品质也不错，给前台反应房间太乾了还给送了加湿器上来，前台哥哥姐姐都很热情很有耐心??
房间还不错，很乾净，每天都打扫，隔音效果也不错，还有小冰箱，里面的饮料都是免费的，自己买的酸奶也可以放里面很方便??
酒店离地铁站也很近，走一会就到了，楼下也有很多好吃的小店！去哪都很方便！

一流的服务，一流的住宿享受。特别要强调的是床铺的非常舒服。晚上睡得特别好。大堂的经理特别的热情，暖心地为我升级了房间。总之是一次特别良好的体验，很高兴。

这次来北京旅游，住的北京天坛桔子水晶酒店真的给我带来超多惊喜，必须好评！
? 位置优越：酒店就在天坛公园附近，出行游玩特别方便，想去天坛逛逛，走几步就到。周边还有很多地铁站，不管是去天安门、故宫，还是其他热门景点，坐地铁都能直达，轻松畅玩北京城。
? 环境宜人：从踏入酒店大堂，就能感受到那种精致的装修风格，简约又不失格调 ，灯光柔和，布置温馨。房间里打扫得一尘不染，床品舒适，每天逛完景点回来，往床上一躺，瞬间消除一天的疲惫。而且房间的布局很合理，空间宽敞，住起来超自在。
? 设施齐全：酒店配备了健身房，早上或者晚上都能去锻链一下，保持活力。还有洗衣房，对于出行时间长的人来説，简直太贴心了。房间里智能设备也很齐全，小度音箱帮忙控制灯光、播放音乐，体验感直接拉满。冰箱里还有免费的饮品，随时都能喝上一口冰爽的饮料。
? 服务周到：必须夸夸酒店的服务！从前台办理入住时工作人员的热情接待，到入住期间有任何需求都能迅速响应，真的无可挑剔。有次我谘询附近有什么好吃的，工作人员特别热心地给我推荐了好几家地道的北京餐馆，味道都超赞。

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was offered a free upgrade, so I’m not exactly sure which room type I stayed in, but it was excellent. The room had a large comfortable bed, was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days. Also, there was a huge TV and a home assist box that was really funny. For the price charged, you really can’t ask for more.
The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options, though not many western dishes. That didn’t bother me since I preferred the Chinese food selections anyway. The variety of drinks at breakfast was also impressive. In the room, several bottles of water were provided and refilled every day, which was very convenient.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and asking about my day. I can’t comment much on their English level since I spoke to them in Chinese, but communication was smooth.
Overall, for this price point in Beijing, this hotel is a fantastic and affordable choice. I would definitely recommend it.

第一次住这种连锁酒店，在全季，亚朵和桔子水晶之间选择了后者。我购买的是有窗户有遮挡的标间，想着都是拉上窗帘都没啥所谓了，办理入住时，前台推销给我们办理会员，然后加收198给我们升级房间和早餐，结果房间升级就是窗户没有遮挡的标间尾房，加钱住尾房的大冤种就是我
