差评，接疫情防控主管部门电话要求给酒店报备已做核酸，由酒店管理。但是晚上给酒店报备过，第二天一出门就弹窗，耽误飞机行程！酒店没有及时给社区上报我们信息，才造成我们弹窗问题，白白耗时几个小时。和酒店沟通，说我们已经退房，一副漠不关心的态度。作为五星级酒店应积极帮助顾客解决问题，而不是先推卸责任。下次不会再住了

来康莱德酒店过纪念日，入住前一天宾客关系总监Bob提前联系，把房间免费升级到全景大床房，还做了纪念日装饰，送了蛋糕。房间视线非常好，CCTV大厦，中国尊等CBD建筑一览无余。酒店设施一流，卫生整洁，服务周到，图书馆式的早餐厅也很有特点，非常推荐！
