整体来説还是可以的，大堂环境好，酒店房间也还行吧但是没有浴缸，客房服务响应速度快。最让人感觉到不好的是前台听説我家人生日，只推销升级行政房，还给了我一个位置特别靠边的房间， ok 我们升级了，然后呢，没有生日布置，没有送小蛋糕，虽然行政酒廊自己带的下午茶我们都嫌太甜没去吃，但是这种用心不够的感觉让人不舒服。

The room is new. There is a table before entering the lift for food delivery. The gym is not new. Some not functioning. 10 mins walk to main metro station. However a few minutes to a metro station. Not difficult to find. And easily to hire a cab at hotel lobby.

位置好，就在长安街沿线和三环交接处，楼下是国贸商城，逛街和吃饭都很便利。前台给了高楼层，视野非常好，赞一个！虽然是老酒店，保持的还不错，整体乾净，马桶等细节可以再提升。早餐中规中矩，各种小吃和西式菜品都有，更高级的食材就没有了。整体很不错，还会再来。

不愧为白金五星酒店，大堂富丽堂皇，房间雅致舒适，特别点赞酒店的枕头精选服务。谢谢前台小哥哥升级了十八楼的豪华阁房间，下次来北京要多住几天。
