The room was clean and modern and had a excellent bathroom and bed. They have many facilities including a gym and laundry however we didn't get the chance to use them. They even have a little robot to deliver your food orders so cute ＞.＜
The lobby is inviting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! They helped us to receive a package and treat a smashed finger which occurred from a door jam. Overall the service and room was amazing 10/10!!

订的是庭院套房，总体挺满意的，有个小院子
服务：无论前台还是餐厅员工服务都挺满意，早餐吃完阿姨还能让你打包

特意定的好一点的大床房，结果如图所示，小就算了，隔音非常非常差，隔壁的人説话，一整晚隔壁几间房门开又关轮流让人睡不着。服务不错的帮忙拿箱子送快递，但是4.9分的评分真的不知道怎么来的，躺床上没几分钟就过敏，然后看了下枕头不知道怎么还有霉。就是因为环境很闹心的一晚，行李太多也就凑合，700多的亚朵这个水准真的差。

必须赞一下亚朵的前台礼宾，有问题帮我们及时解决，走的时候还送了伴手礼，谢谢！房间乾净整洁，，床品舒适，位置也特别好，出行方便，下次来北京还会选择入住亚朵！

入住后，晚上准备睡觉的时候，有虫子爬上眼镜，原来房间根本没打扫，我擦了床头板，厚厚一层灰，经理过来看了之后説退一晚房费。第二天退房的时候，经理让服务员强制拿我的手机给好评，在强制好评之后，只退了我55元。亚朵这种待客之道也是很独特了，谁敢住？只会撒谎拿顾客开玩笑

再次入住了这家酒店，这次改进了很多，入住也比较舒适，就是北京太堵了，上次住也是，路上车太多不好走，别的都挺不错的，前台态度也很好，总之比上次满意很多，提出问题就能改进态度方面是可以的

交通方便 门口有停车场 方便打车的滴滴调头 离天坛东门站也很近 从C口出来走十分钟就到了

前台小哥哥小姐姐服务热情，环境衞生都很棒，离龙潭公园和天坛都很近，赶上了滑冰末班车，小朋友滑冰玩雪都玩的很嗨，入住和离店都送了伴手礼，还送了小积木，推荐入住
