体验感非常好！前台服务员热情，让人很温暖。酒店的洗衣服务太赞啦！带两个孩子出门，当天的脏衣服都能帮忙洗好，叠好，送到房间门口，服务非常周到。而且酒店离地铁口非常近，出行很便利，下次来北京还会选择复兴门亚朵酒店！

今次入住嘅体验非常满意！酒店环境舒适，地理位置一流，就喺金融街，对于公干人士嚟讲真系10分方便。酒店邻近地铁站，出入快捷，距离天安门、故宫、大悦城都系同一条地铁线，行程安排非常轻松。
早餐选择十分丰富，无论中式定西式都照顾到，令人一早就有好心情。房间空间宽敞，设计简洁大方，住得非常自在。
最令我印象深刻嘅系职员服务，真系值得大大赞赏！心瑜同淡阳不单止耐心帮我解决各方面需要，仲好细心照顾，令人感受到暖心嘅关怀。无论系公干定旅游，佢哋嘅贴心服务都令我觉得好安心，好似回到家一样。特别系出外旅游时，遇到心瑜，淡阳这么好的职员，真系会令人觉得窝心。
因为佢哋嘅体贴同专业，下次再来北京，我一定会再次选择入住呢间酒店。??

The room meets the usual Atour standards, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s just about a 3-minute walk to the MRT station and close to several tourist attractions, which is really convenient.
The hotel is located in a quieter office area with calm streets. You’ll need to walk a bit if you’re looking for food nearby, but it’s manageable. There’s also a Parkson shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away (though I heard it might be closing by the end of the year).
Overall, it’s a great choice if you appreciate Atour’s consistency and plan to get around mainly by public transport.

Location is convenient and very safe (police is downstairs) enjoyed robot service for deliveries, room delivery for my clean laundry, staff is so friendly and helpful.

位置太方便了，出门右转走三分钟就是地铁1，2号线，去北京几个景点都很方便，车程都不远，附近就是金融中心，住宿环境安静，酒店的早餐每天都不重样，今天早上的基围虾很新鲜，晚上还有免费的粥和小菜，这是我住多很多酒店都没有的，哪怕是五星酒店都做不到，虽然粥不贵，贵在酒店的用心！给刚到酒店的住客一份暖心！下次去北京还会住这里！酒店附近的这家烤鸭不错！

Stayed 5 nights
1. Everything in the gym is broken, rowing machine has no handle, stationary bike cannot be used.
2. Toilet door needs super strength to open and close.
3. Air conditioning in room is terrible. Freezing cold at times and warm/stuffy on certain nights. Cannot sleep properly at all.
