  I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent—right in front of a metro station, with bus stops nearby, making it very easy to get around Beijing. There is also a nice bakery downstairs and several shops in the area, which was very convenient. The hotel provided all the amenities I needed, including an iron, and I was especially grateful that the staff arranged an early check-in for me, which made a big difference after my journey. The only minor downside was that my room's window faced the inner courtyard, so there wasn't much natural daylight. Also, the hallway rugs made it a bit difficult to roll luggage around. However, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. The hotel was comfortable, well-equipped, and very convenient for exploring the city.

  酒店整体入住感觉非常好，感谢所有为我们服务过的员工，前厅的服务人员整体水平都很高，例如礼宾的管龙海，服务态度很好，也很积极帮忙，入住时候的付小姐，像个大学生的样子，温温柔柔，热情贴心，入住期间有天赶上下雨，前台还给我提供了擦镜纸，真的是细节到位，早餐也不错，用材和味道在同等价位中属不错，酸奶很新鲜，口味佳。如果你想在城市中心找一家安心，服务力很强的，又很舒适的酒店，新侨饭店是你非常不错的一个选择，入住前也是大体看了下网上的评价，住完之后果然实至名归。

  新侨饭店的地理位置得天独厚，酒店对面就有三个购物中心，离国博、王府井也很近，前台办理入住高效又贴心，细节之处彰显四星级酒店的高水准，整个入住期间让我印象深刻的两位员工是龙海和一个实习生小娟，态度超好，让顾客感觉很亲切。早餐品类丰富，孩子们吃的都满意，口味和选择都适合家庭出行，服务人员很棒。孩子想吃三明治，送餐的刘润泽小伙子很热情，有求必应。房间衞生做的还是不错的，五年前住过一次，就觉得这里的楼层阿姨很亲切，这次的婷女士和蔡晓瑞服务很好，感觉到了被照顾，我在大堂看见还有机器人服务，挺好的，总之那，住的挺愉快，下次来北京一定会毫不犹豫的选择这里。

  We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a wide range of amenities. After long days of sightseeing and activities, it was wonderful to return to a hotel that had everything we needed in one place. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and the level of hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. The location was also perfect - right next to the station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The lovely views were an added bonus. Overall, this was the perfect accommodation, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

  I booked to stay here with my elderly mother for 2 nights and we both really liked the hotel in terms of friendly services, great breakfast offerings, convenient location close to department stores, Jinyu Hutong subway station making it easy to explore the city. This is the only hotel among 3 hotels we had stay in Beijing where guest service agents can speak English! They promptly assisted us with our inquiries. If we return to Beijing, we will certainly stay here again.

Service was so-so as they don’t provide services to send food delivery / parcel delivery to the hotel room unlike other 5-star hotels. Housekeeping was good, the staff was really friendly.
