从来不给差评，两个问题实在受不了，第一，续房明明有早餐，説是不带，我不知道哪里出了问题。第二，充电宝落在房间，已经明确告知在桌子的插座上，还説没找到，直到我説要让同事去找，才説有了，我不知道啥意思。

去广州办事回武汉，途径株洲。特意选的万豪，环境和大部分万豪一样，服务也一样。唯一要吐槽的是居然没有酒店机器人，其实懂这些老牌星级酒店的思路，觉得人工服务更体现温度，也可以增强情感连接。但是你们没有机器人，还是客户自己下去拿。这不是本末倒置嘛。説实话，现在也有很多万豪增加了机器人，广州的越秀万豪还有渖阳的都有。而且早餐种类特别少。
