出差住过不知道多少次五星级酒店了，希尔顿也是住过好多次，手握金卡会员！但株洲希尔顿绝对是我住过的体验最差的一个酒店，我11点到酒店，你说满房，还没有房我理解，可到了一点我过去问还有没有房，你还说没有，那就不可理解了！另外，还说艺龙预定的单子不能计入会员积分，我之前公司预定也是可以计入积分的呀，不知道到这里为啥就不可以了！结账时，还说wifi要收我费用，要不是我发飙，这钱还就真给付了！要不是株洲没啥好酒店，谁愿意来这受这憋屈呢
