地理位置优越，装修得很好，有洗衣机。房间整洁乾净。有充足的停车位，这也是我时常选择维也纳的原因之一。电梯较少且总是拥挤，早上下楼等了十分钟左右，后来走楼梯下来的

距离机场近，周边有餐饮小吃及超市等，比较方便，客房乾净衞生，就是洗浴间地面是瓷砖，光脚站在上面较滑，有滑倒的安全隐患，建议增加防滑垫或防滑胶拖，客人的安全第一。
