两间房的小冰箱都是坏的，落地灯是坏的，房间设施应该是90年代中期的很陈旧，刚进屋有一股旧家具的味道，建议立马开窗通风。热水很好，即开即热，不考虑设施设备的话性价比还行。

设施：确实很老旧的一间酒店，房间也小，卫生间的淋浴房感觉胖人转身都困难，我住那间房的电视机打开只有声没图像，问服务员，人家说多开会儿就有图像了??不过确实也是那样，哈哈！
服务：可能是过年期间太忙累的，工作人员都没啥表情。提前一天在网上订的，入住时前台居然说没得信息，还说艺龙提前一天订也没房，后来来了另一个工作人员说在哪里查信息，前台才找到，这个业务水平确实有待提高！??
环境：位置确实很方便，离吉大总站、海滨公园、国贸购物广场、珠海百货、免税商场、九洲城都只有几分钟步行路程，我们下午从酒店到海滨公园，再到渔女后沿着情侣中路往吉大路走一圈，直接走回酒店，家里老人也没嫌累。酒店斜对面的园林路有很多餐馆，春兴是一间网评不错的酒楼，喝茶吃饭的人都挺多，还有一间强记网评也不错，可惜过年放假了没能尝到。
性价比：应该是过年价格高得多吧，我在艺龙上订的标间365，酒店前台执行价468，不过房间条件我觉得连200都不值，总之，节假日的价格，性价比太低，但地理位置好，没办法。
