交通还算方便，附近不远有小公园。房间一般，枕套上还有脏印子。床上用品虽与其他维也纳连锁店配置差不多，但衞生间设施很差，面盆水极小。卧室无窗，仅衞生间已小窗，还是不透明的，看不到外景。前台也没有免费茶饮，不如其他维也纳。
