酒店新净，整体上都是在平均分以上，但有以下意见希望酒店可以改善一下：
1. ?洗澡时感觉水压不够强劲，但最大问题是水温会出现时冷时热的问题，如果在天气寒冷的日子尤其不便。
2. ?自助早餐的种类选择不算多，味道亦普通，可能是人手问题吧，refill 速度比较慢，以万豪旗下酒店集团来说，水准绝对需要提高。
酒店位处十字门华发商都二期，到商场只需要步行1分钟，有足够的食肆可以让旅客慢慢选择。入住的房间望澳门旅游塔及少量海景，感觉开扬。

第1次入住，定了三种房型。 大堂设计很有特色，十分喜欢。房间窗外景色宜人，可以看到大桥。入住过程中有些小问题也及时能解决。酒店的停车也很方便。酒店旁边的商业中心，步行去吃饭购物很方便。总之很满意。

酒店位置方便，距离口岸只需20分钟，室内停车场大，房间宽阔，虽然面向马路，完全听唔到车声，房间宁静，楼下有商场，餐厅，超市，非常方便，酒店有提供早餐，款式非常简单，如有要求，请往外出吃，应该会美味很多。

临近圣诞，大堂的圣诞树还是很洋气的，房间很大，床很舒服，唯一美中不足的可能是因为楼下商场在装修，所以早上八点多就听到了冲击钻的装修声，服务还是可以的，加了前台微信有求必应，总体还是可以的，酒店楼下还有个商场，吃饭逛街还是可以的，距离横琴口岸也很久，打个车子15分钟的事儿，还不错！

靠近会展中心，位置是方便的。吃饭、购物、逛街都方便，楼下就有商场、便利店。部分房间能看到澳门塔，停车也方便。
