软件配套好，员工有责任心，也有耐心，态度很好。最最重要的是我终于看到长隆旗下酒店有会笑的员工了。比广州长隆酒店大堂的员工强太多了。
但硬件是硬伤。守着景区，吵闹的要死。晚上10点钟孩子都不能入睡，吵得我脑壳疼。
房间有发霉的味道，通风性差。

来之前就定好的两间极地大床房，结果到店给了我一间大床一间双床，我问前台能否拼床，两次态度坚决否定我说不行，带着孩子两张一米二的床，怎么睡都是睡不下的超级挤！！投诉到微信定酒店的艺龙公司推卸责任说是我没有备注！请问你们为什么要在选项里出现大床和双床两种选择？我点了大床*2不就是明确说明都要大床？因为国庆酒店没有剩余的房间所以用这种烂借口来推卸自己的责任？花了2000多一晚睡了一个超级不舒服的晚上！！房间设施也很普通，还是安排的一楼蚊子咬死！最差最烂的酒店没有之一！！
