最后一天连热水都没有，晚上9点多联系管家到11点多回复说燃气卡没有充不能用燃气。需要到其他地方洗澡，晚上11点多拖着3岁小朋友去洗澡，可想而之有多狼狈。

首先管家跟进很密切，这点值得加分，有问必答。另外房间环境总体不错，感觉就是住在一样板房里，不过我住的楼层旁边有一户在装修，走廊卫生一般般，室内还是不错的，楼下就是湾仔海鲜街，相对广州实惠新鲜。

小区蛮新的，环境很好，适合亲子居住。隔壁就是海鲜街。房间里就能看到对面的澳门夜景。交通方便，门口就有公交车站。

可能是公寓，没法和酒店比较，所以有些设施设备没有或不齐全，房间装修不错，可是灯具没及时检修，寝室大灯坏了，不过还好有床头灯。
