办入住时前台的服务很差，服务用语也没有，两个服务员在那里聊电脑太慢，我父亲拍照时第一次没能和身份证匹配，前台还不耐烦，皱着眉头，酒店设施比较老，卫生还可以，距离万达不太远，因为这样的服务第二天直接换酒店了，下次不会再入住
