酒店环境很好，干净卫生，交通便利，性价比高，服务热情周到真诚！本人入住是自己不小心弄丢了一个手包，再向酒店前台反应后，酒店工作人员胡萍、罗强、及酒店安保部，及时给我调监控，跑派出所协调处理。大家热情主动的帮助我，最后手包找回来，还快递给我。这一过程中罗强、胡萍付出了很多努力，做了很多细致的工作。他们这种认真负责的工作态度，对待客人源于心的真诚，我很感动，这里借助点评平台对他们表示深深的谢意：感谢王子酒店的规范管理，感谢罗强、胡萍的真诚服务和帮助！谢谢！ 同时也推荐大家选择入住这家酒店，源于规范管理，真诚真心服务。谢谢！

出了绵阳火车站就能看到王子大酒店，需要从地下通道过马路到酒店。大堂符合四星酒店的水准，房间比较舒适，隔音也不错，还有欢迎水果。空调确实有低频噪声，如果睡眠特别敏感可能需要关掉，其实关了空调房间也没有感到热。早餐在三楼，偏中式，种类不少，味道还不错。

首先不推荐该酒店，设施设备老化，总台服务也一般般，问总台早餐卷：回复订的不含早，需要早餐到餐厅吃38一位，如果到餐厅吃一个标间76，因定房没太注意是否含早，只选择了价位，总台说了后才看了网定明细，含早的价位也就多20元，为何总台报价标间早餐就76呢？还是说就欢迎网定呢？总体王子不及对面子云，无论设施设备、性价比、总台的及时处理，更不会遇上尴尬的早餐问题。我住个246的宾馆设施设备那么陈旧还出去找早餐……
