酒店的地理位置很不错，感觉很棒！！！位于市区中心，出门打车、坐公交，吃饭，购物等都十分方便！！！酒店前台工作人员的服务，酒店房间的整洁卫生做得很不错，房间温馨，赞一个~~~下次如果再来这个城市，会选择在入住这个酒店！

这次预定酒店的事，有点闹心！
我在11月12早上网上预定预付了间豪华标间，结果13晚上10钟去入住呢，酒店说没有携程网预定预付酒店的事，让我们自己现场重新订，让我们后面再找携程网退款。我们将携程网订单成功回复的短信和手机携程APP上的订单给前台工作人员看，酒店方说他们无法联系携程网服务电话，让我们自己与携程网服务电话联系。在我们联系后，入住了，但心情非常不快！这个事应该是携程网与酒店方工作失误，不应为难我们客人！虽然携程网赔垫了一定的现金，但心理总感到不快。希望后面不要再发生这样子的事！

酒店地址比较好，房间设施和卫生条件也不错。但建议将房间隔音效果再加强一点就更好了。
