虽然开了很久，但设施都挺新，主要是挺干净，服务态度也很好，需要填补东西随叫随到，晚上也有送点心，不过因为吃了晚饭就没有让送。临街但不会吵，价格也合适。

当天入住较晚近乎半夜，办理完入住手续上楼刷房卡才知道酒店安排的楼层和房间号均为人们避讳的数字，后询问前台说不知道客人忌讳，作为四星酒店服务不应该说这样的话，后又有其他前台人员说应该询问客人对此楼号和房号有无忌讳，我认为四星酒店不应该出现这样的差错，替别人预订出现这种情况更是无语。

位置很方便，每次出差郑州都入住此酒店。
两个缺点:
叫车都不进来大门，因为有门闸，若遇见下雨就很不方便。
大厅缺乏沙发等座椅，地方很大却无多摆设沙发座位。

房间有四五只小蛾子，床单和被子上有几根毛发，床帮也有几根，这些细节让人感觉蛮膈应的毕竟住酒店最重要的就是干净卫生。最后一位清洁阿姨现场换了床单和被罩。其他总体来说还是不错。
