阐述一下本次住店的真实感受，首先感谢携程，当消费者的权益受到侵犯时，能及时，高效的解决问题，保证消费者的权益和合理诉求。
下面説説宾馆的优缺点
1、贞丰宾馆是当地老牌宾馆，刚重新翻新，甲醛味道比较重；
2、重新装修的只是表面，主要设施都没有更换，比如电梯，衞生间设施，空调等；特别是空调，一直都在维修，后来説晚上 8 点修好的，结果是我被冻了一夜，被子又薄，空调几乎没有效果；
3、诚信问题，首先无法停车，为何在订单页面承诺可以免费停车，其次空调坏了，在住店登记时不事先告知，出现问题了不解决，不考虑消费者的合理诉求，这种野蛮经营只会失去更多，也许他们只是做本地生意，外地客人他们根本无所谓吧，最后就是酒店门口在大面积修路，登记入住时告知晚上不施工，结果凌晨 12 点还在施工

服务不错，位置好，前坪停车方便，看上去像政府过去的老宾馆，大堂气派，房价不高。缺点是宾馆管理没到位，第一间门锁坏了，第二间马桶坏了（不能抽水），第三间烧水壶插座插不进（换地方插），晚上没热水（放了很久水没来热水），以为没有只好洗冷水澡（但第二天前台说有热水），希望设备维修维护跟上。
