住过这么多次山水时尚，第一次给差评！感觉这家酒店一下降低了山水在我心里的位置，这辈子不会再来这家店！前台S003态度极为恶劣，我们是来住酒店，不是欠她钱！艺龙确认之后到店后被告知没房，于是协商原款不退降级房型但送了早餐。进了房间之后房间脏乱差，特别潮湿，洗澡水忽冷忽热，隔壁的叫床声此起彼伏。第二天早晨去前台拿早餐券，又费了半天周折。希望相关领导给予反馈。
